We just got back from our Sims Family Vacation to Lake Powell! I look forward to this trip every year and since Travis and I haven't been in the last three years, we were so excited! We were also excited because we got to share our favorite family vacation with Graham. It is amazing how different it is with kids, a little bit more stressful since you are constantly making sure your kids and everyone elses kids are in your eyeline, but it was so much fun to watch Graham experience Lake Powell for the first time. I hope he comes to love it as much as I do. I have so many pictures so enjoy!

My favorite part of the trip is when we drive the houseboat down to where we dock it. There is nothing more relaxing! Here is Travis and Graham sitting at the front of the houseboat. They both just sat and watched all the boats go by.
About five minutes later....Graham fell sound asleep!
Payton was excited to start the vacation as well!
One of our Lake Powell traditions is to wake up as the sun is rising and be the first on the lake for skiing and wakeboarding. Graham was awake to enjoy this tradition.
Our spot where we stayed had this great area where the rock gradually sloped down into the water. Graham loved this spot! We also found it very effective for our "bath". Here is Travis cleaning up Graham.
I was so excited to water ski again! I have always been pretty good at it, but I haven't been in so long that I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get up. It took a couple of tries and more strength then I think I really had, but I finally got up! It was so much fun and I remembered why I loved it so much, there really is no better feeling!
Graham was looking so cute in his lifevest. What a trooper!

A rare smile in his life vest.
Graham loved hanging out with his cousin Payton. She could always make him laugh!
My mom and Owen hanging out on the boat.
Me and my cute boy.
Travis and Graham hanging out.
Travis did a great job of looking studly!
Graham even wanted to get into the action of fixing things. We had several people walk through this screen door (there is nothing funnier than seeing someone run into a screen door! Haha!) and my dad had to fix it. Graham enjoyed watching!
Payton loved exploring our little cove. She found a ton of shells and I couldn't help but wonder where they came from!
Cousins together!

One of our many family pictures!
Grandma attempting to get a picture with her grandchildren. Practically impossible!
In his spare time, Graham played cards!
I know, I'm so cheesy, but I couldn't resist the matching bathing suits!
He sure hated this life vest, but he looks so cute!
Graham's first jet ski ride! He really enjoyed going fast, so much so, it often rocked him to sleep!
Graham tried on Grandpa's hat. So cute!
All the kids loved hanging out with their Aunt Emily. She always put on the best movies at night!
On our last day, we decided to take a jetski down to Rainbow bridge. It was about a 30 min ride and we were worried about how Graham would do, but it ended being so much fun! And we got to see this amazing rock foundation!
My boys with Rainbow Bridge in the background.
Right up close.

Travis is so strong! Hehe!
These shots turned out pretty good. Typical couple shot when no one is around!
Graham joined us for one last shot!
I saw this sign and thought it would be cute to get Graham standing next to it, he wasn't very happy with me! :)
Getting ready for the ride back!
