Saying Goodbye to our Favorite Tradition

We have enjoyed our year of having passes at Disneyland, but sadly, we decided to not renew this year, at least for now. Luckily, our last night we got to go to Disneyland, they had just opened up with all their Christmas decorations and the Christmas parade, so we still got to see Disneyland at our favorite time of year.
Graham and Travis in front of It's A Small World while we waited for the parade.

Graham and I in front of It's A Small World.

Graham was so excited for the parade to start! It was actually really fun and for the first time, I really got into the Christmas spirit. Either that, or I just couldn't get the song out of my head!!

I love the way It's A Small World is all lit up. Also, the lights did this really cool "dance" when the clock struck the top of the hour. I have never seen it before, I wonder if it's something new this year.

The next morning, I decided to take Graham to Disneyland all by myself. Travis went with my Dad to see some car races and my mom had to work, so instead of sitting around all morning by myself, I thought, what the heck? Let's just go! I wish I would have done it more often, we had a great time! Here is Graham in front of the huge Christmas tree.

I waited in line to get a picture with Mickey. Graham was afraid and so I am pretty positive that we are going to have an interesting picture with Santa this year.

Graham sitting on the Carousel eating his ritz cracker. Haha!

Sitting on his new favorite ride, Dumbo, holding on to his magic feather!

On the boat for It's A Small World. That ride was so much fun for Christmas. I don't know if I had ever been for Christmas since the line is always so long, but it is a must see! There was even a room that smelled like gingerbread!

I had to take Graham to the Playhouse Disney show because it is my favorite! Graham was a little nervous and it took him a while to warm up to it, but at the end, he loved trying to grab the tissue falling from the sky.

I got one!

Of course, we had to hit up Bug's Life Land, which I thought was decorated so cute for Christmas.

Graham just walked around like he owned the place. I kept getting weird looks from people because I let him run around, but he needs to stretch his legs!

Trying to get Graham to take a picture with the letters. He wanted to just play!

Now I just need to teach him to smile on command! :)

We will miss you Disneyland! Thanks for all the great memories!

Halloween Fun!

We had such a fun Halloween day! I was so excited that it was on a Saturday this year because we got to spend the whole day doing fun Halloween stuff and then we ended the day taking Graham trick-or-treating. The perfect day!
We stared the day with some Halloween pancakes, so yummy!

Graham definitely liked them (look at his new haircut!)

Then we went over to my parents house and carved our pumpkins. Travis took the big one.

Graham's new obsession is cars. Grandma got him some "scary" cars and he sat and played with them while we carved the pumpkins.

I carved the little pumpkin. I got Graham to help me a little bit.

He even wanted to dig some of the pumpkin out. What a great helper!

Our final designs, we got artistic this year. It was really fun, but a lot harder than I thought it would be. I think they turned out really nice though.

Let's go!

We got a late start, so of course, Graham was already tired!

It was such a fun holiday! Now time for Thanksgiving!
